I can't say enough good things about Jess Pooley.
We'd been looking for a house in mid-coast Maine for some time and had frustrating experiences with brokers at other agencies. (For the record, my wife likes the process of looking at real estate and I hate it.)
From the very beginning, Jess figured out exactly what we wanted and got it right. She scheduled several full days of property visits (since we live several hours away), was extremely well prepared, and made great use of our time. We got a detailed itinerary emailed to us in advance for each day. When she finally found the right property for us, she knew it instantly and we were able to move quickly.
Jess had great insight around our negotiations on the P&S and kept everything on track. She also did a great job coordinating the inspections, even though she was away on vacation, and kept close tabs on every detail right until our closing.
Throughout this process Jess was a pleasure to deal with and always had a great sense of humor. She's a complete professional and I can't imagine wanting to work with anyone else.
